Born and raised in Annecy, France, I grew up surrounded by nature and mountains, instilling in me a deep respect for all living things.
My Armenian heritage deeply roots me in the traditions of cooking, hospitality, and foraging.
Having trained at the three-Michelin- starred Clos des Sens, I honed my culinary skills and ignited my passion for connecting with artisans, winemakers, and producers, advocating for a mindful and sustainable approach to gastronomy.
I carefully select ingredients from near and far, ensuring they’re grown with the utmost care and respect.
After enriching experiences at Le Bleu Nuit, and as an independent chef, I am thrilled to invite you into my own space, Anouch, to share my culinary universe with you.

From her native Thailand, to her sommelier training in France and a world wine tour, Kam is delighted to bring her expertise back to Geneva.
With her deep attachment to winegrowers and the history of wine, she’s eager to tailor your wine experience to fit your desires and your budget.

The path from Santo Domingo to Geneva was a leap of faith that began at Wilde Gallery.
Nicau later joined the Bleu Nuit team and ultimately to us at Anouch, to our great joy.
